Check-in & Check-out Policies
• Check-in time is after 3 pm. Please call when you are approximately 10-15 minutes from arriving.
• Check-out time is prior to 11 am.
• Suite rates are based on double occupancy.
• One vehicle parking place per accommodation is included.
Rates & Payment
• Four day minimum stay required during July reenactment weekend
• Advance reservations require 50% deposit of total stay plus 11% PA room tax
• Reservations made within 21 days of arrival date require 100% deposit plus 11% PA room tax
• Sorry, no checks for balances due unless paid 2 weeks in advance of arrival.
• Full payment is expected at time of arrival and check-in.
• Any damage caused to the room or items in the room that occurs during your stay will be charged to the card on file.
• Rates are subject to change.
No Smoking Policy
We have a strict no smoking policy on premises. Failure to adhere to no smoking policy will result in a $250 room cleaning charge.
Reservations cancelled more than 21 days ahead of arrival date will be refunded in full minus a $25 cancellation fee to cover administrative costs. Deposits on rooms cancelled 21 days or fewer ahead of the arrival date are refunded only if each room is re-let for the entire period of the booking, less a $25 cancellation fee per room booked. There are no refunds for early departures or shortened stays. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR ANY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS DURING THE JULY REENACTMENT, GRADUATION COMMENCEMENT, PARENTS WEEKEND, DEDICATION & REMEMBRANCE EVENTS AND ANY OTHER SPECIAL EVENTS.

• Telephones access is not provided by the inn. We encourage guests to bring cellular phones to use in case of emergency or for personal use.
