Rates & Reservations
Our online reservation system will be online very soon. Until then, you can book your stay with us by calling us at (717) 334-1427, or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Check-in & Check-out Policies
• Check-in time is 3pm–7pm. We will accommodate a late check-in, but it will be subject to a $25 late fee per hour which will be added to the room charge. Please make these arrangements in advance.
• Check-out time is prior to 11am.
• Suite rates are based on double occupancy.
• One vehicle parking place per accommodation is included.
Reservations cancelled more than 21 days ahead of arrival date will be refunded in full minus a $25 cancellation fee to cover administrative costs. Deposits on rooms cancelled 21 days or fewer ahead of the arrival date are refunded only if each room is re-let for the entire period of the booking, less a $25 cancellation fee per room booked. There are no refunds for early departures or shortened stays.
