Cancellations

Reservations canceled more than 21 days ahead of arrival date will be fully refunded minus a $25 cancellation fee to cover administrative costs. Deposits on rooms canceled 21 days or fewer ahead of the arrival date are refunded only if each room is re-let for the entire period of the booking, less a $25 cancellation fee per room booked. There are no refunds for early departures or shortened stays.

Please note that processing a refund after cancellation can take up to 30 days, as refunds are processed through credit card company/payment platforms, and their processing times may vary.

If you need to cancel or make a change to your reservation and made the booking through a third party booking site you will need to contact them directly. If the reservation was non-refundable then our cancellation policies do not apply.

Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in time is after 4 pm (contactless).
• You will receive an email with your check in directions a day prior to your arrival. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive your email.
• Check-out time is 11 am.
• Suite rates are based on double occupancy.

Parking

We offer one complimentary parking spot per suite/townhouse. We only have 5 spots for our guests. There are three parking spots directly behind the inn (these are first-come, first-served). The additional 2 spots are located in the parking garage in Race Horse Alley, spots 324 and 325 (free parking for guests), which is located behind the Hotel Gettysburg. PLEASE NOTE- Do not back into the parking spots at the garage, you will be ticketed.

If you have additional cars, you can park them at the Race Horse Alley Parking Garage for a parking fee.
